    Sales Territory Manager

    This is a Full-time position in Michigan.

    About the Job:
    The Sales Territory Manager drives brand awareness and sales in a specified region and/or at specific retail partner locations. They build and foster relationships with key stakeholders of all levels within their designated territory, leading educational and inspirational meetings and presentations, and acting as a brand champion at our partner's brick and mortar locations.

    Responsibilities:
    • Research and network to build impactful relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within designated territories, including business owners/CEOs, regional operations managers, learning & development teams, merchandising and buying groups, store management, and retail sales associates.
    • Develop and maintain the most up-to-date product knowledge.
    • Conduct high-level marketing & sales presentations and/or seminars for various audiences at our retail partner locations or at BEDGEAR corporate locations.
    • Conduct individual one-on-one hands-on training, coaching with RSA.
    • Act as a liaison between retail partners and BEDGEAR in new business opportunities and proposals, aids in contract negotiations, closes sales, and assists with marketing plans for designated accounts.
    • Develops and increases sales revenue to achieve assigned targets.
    • Checks on competitive activity and provides recommendations for improvement opportunities to maintain competitive advantage in the marketplace and within physical store locations.
    • Participate as brand champion at company tradeshows and/or marketing events at request of management to promote awareness of company and products.
    • Maintain call reports and provide performance feedback from stores.
    • Provide visual merchandising compliance reports for store visits, events, etc., including taking pictures of POP/Display items during in-store visits, providing recommendations for merchandising opportunities, evaluating competition floor space compared to ours and providing insights to account management and sales managers, identifying open spaces for marketing collateral opportunities.
    • Updating SharePoint with reports after store visits.


    Requirements:
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
    • Dependable personal vehicle with credible insurance coverage and valid driver's license.
    • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office.
    • Valid passport.
    • Travel required at least 75% of time.
    • Ability and willingness to work weekends and major retail holidays.
