    Description

    My Client is looking for an experienced Director of Healthcare Technology Management in Zanesville, OH. This professional will supervise medical equipment, share hands-on expertise, and bring leadership & knowledge in process improvement to the team. They should be a top-tier leader capable of overseeing a group of supervisors and technical experts. This presents a great opportunity for an accomplished HTM leader seeking advancement and possibilities.

    Position Summary:

    Responsible for managing and supervising the assigned account, taking full accountability for operational and financial performance, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals.

    Key Duties

    • Oversight of all clinical staff for program management and ensuring regulatory compliance
    • Project Management/Capital Planning
    • Client/customer relations
    • Purchasing / Subcontracts
    • Financial management
    • Hiring, training, personnel management
    • Increase Organic sales

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
    • Proficiency in regulatory compliance knowledge (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
    • Approach focused on solutions, strong critical thinking, and effective conflict resolution skills.
    • Capability to deliver excellent service and establish strong partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors.
    • Demonstrate exceptional business acumen, adaptability, and decision-making abilities in budget management.
    • Experience in leading high-performance teams and mentoring/developing talent.
    • Executive & C-Suite background.
