Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, support, or information about our products/services.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through resolution steps.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services, policies, and procedures.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling challenging situations.
