We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our teamResponsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent service with a cheerful demeanor.
Manage project timelines and task lists efficiently.
Utilize technology effectively to address customer inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations.
Assess customer needs and provide appropriate course of action.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various tools and software.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
