    What you'll be working on


    As our Tradeshow and Events Manager, you will work closely with the marketing, training, sales and product management teams to oversee the successful execution and support of corporate tradeshows and regional training events worldwide.

    This includes assisting with logistical planning and management of large multi-segment tradeshows as well as supporting smaller regional tradeshows and training events.

    Whatwe're looking for

    To besuccessfulyou'll need to have deep understanding of end-to-end trade show and event management.

    You'll know what a great trade show experience looks like from the booth design to the team staffing the booth and leading the training.

    Responsibilities
    Work with marketing, sales, and product management to coordinate logistics and deliverables for trade shows.

    Logistics can include booking booth and meeting space, working with booth designers, managing housing, managing budgets, staffing booth plans, packing and sending exhibition material to and from shows, etc.

    Work with vendors, e.g. exhibit house, printers, freight companies etc., to ensure timely, cost-effective execution
    Travel to and support onsite execution and management of key events, including show set-up and take-down
    Track expenses and assist in complete financial reconciliation
    Ensure processing of show leads in CRM system and distribution to sales team
    Maintain show schedules, project checklist and processes through exhibit management templates
    Detailed and standardized planning and project management with clear goals/strategy for each show. This includes capturing promotional plans for shows in addition to booth design/production requirements along with demos/demo equipment
    Annual show calendar and payment schedules
    Accessible, consistent documentation for other team members
    Clear and accurate communication with company attendees and third parties including booth playbooks in advance of show

    Budget tracking before, during and after shows to ensure all expenses are captured and settled in a timely manner (especially important at the end of the fiscal year when books need to be closed).

    Booth traffic tracking - leads, visits, conversations to help gauge ROI
    SWAG procurement and management
    Ability to travel to larger domestic shows as identified in planning as well as potential travel for key international shows

    The successful candidate will have...
    3-5 years' experience in trade show/events management and coordination

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.

    Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
    Strong organizational and planning skills
    Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills
    Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    Knowledge of marketing communications and graphics helpful
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (including strong knowledge of Excel)
    Willing to travel up to 20% to organize events as needed, may include travel on some evenings and weekends

    Physical requirements

    Performing the duties of this job regularly involves sitting, walking, standing, hearing/listening,repetitive hand movement, and vision requirements - close vision, adjust focus, color code.

    Lift, carry,or otherwise move and position a minimum of 25 pounds on an occasional basis.

    Mental Requirements
