Oliver's Nannies is hiring for a Care Coordinator to join a growing team This role is great for recent graduates or individuals early in their career or new to the workforce.
Oliver's Nannies provides families with much needed childcare solutions. This position allows for the opportunity to learn in a variety of areas vital to successful business operations. The care coordinator will impact successful client service interactions, recruitment and management of nanny teams, as well as support initiatives of marketing and outreach into the community.
The Care Coordinator position will be about 40% in the field through visiting clients, meeting with new potential clients, marketing referral sources and more When in the office, this position will report to both offices located in Millburn and Morristown, NJ. There will be a set schedule for days in each office.
A college degree is required. A must is a high energy, positive/ go-getter mentality
Primary Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
· Build and maintain relationships with community referral sources to generate new business
· Speak with potential new families inquiring about services, as well as perform consultation meetings with potential new families
· Maintain and manage all areas of client relations; including but not limited to; ensure client satisfaction through both in person and phone check-in's, updating children's care plans and additional ongoing care management duties
· Be available for after hours on call responsibilities to speak with potential new families or tend to any urgent client matters
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Familiar with Excel, Word and general Windows' operations
-Professional experience in the field of customer service, childcare, or other related area.
-College degree
-2 Professional references
-Clean driving record & background check
- Valid Driver's License & Car for traveling in the field
-Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
