    About Your Next OpportunityHTC VIVE is hiring an Operations Project Manager to join our growing operations team. The Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing various warehouse activities, including daily shipping and receiving of assets, management of the equipment loaner program, and upkeep of warehouse facilities. This position is a full-time on-site role that will require working closely with other departments within HTC and interfacing with external companies and customers.

    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Main point of contact for logistical support for interoffice shipping needs.
    • Ship and receive products for Sales & Marketing programs.
    • Test, maintain, and customize product configurations prior to shipping to customers.
    • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements to inventory and shipping, warehouse, and transportation costs and efficiencies.
    • Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Assist in the development, training, and maintenance of departmental work instructions.
    • Proactively meet both internal and external customer needs.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):
    • 3 + years in an inventory, shipping & receiving role.
    • Attention to detail, excellent planning and organizational skills, and an ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proven ability to utilize inventory tracking and database software such as Salesforce and Asana.
    • Experience with Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, etc).
    • Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility.
    • Effective communication skills: clear, concise, and positive.
    • Ability to communicate tasks, guidelines, and policy & procedures effectively.
    • Ability to form strong working relationships with diverse groups of people at all levels.
    • Ability to lift lbs, walk, squat, and kneel.
    • Ability to work with extended periods of sitting, completing required data entry and paperwork.
    • Ability to handle packages, maneuver dollies and carts, lift, and stock/move inventory.

    Working Conditions:
    • Primary work location is indoors.
    • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.
    • The employee is regularly required to sit.
    • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands & arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
