We are looking for a seasoned manufacturing leader who will foster an ownership mindset across the organization and balances data-driven decision-making with high emotional intelligence. You will oversee the entire HR lifecycle, ensuring that our talent acquisition and retention strategy supports our long-term business goals.
Primary responsibilities are the Maumelle, AR and Edinburgh, Scotland sites, while providing coaching & support for HR leaders at 2-4 other businesses within the portfolio.
