    Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 1 weekend per month on call
    patients per day
    Adult inpatient psychiatry unit
    Weekend call includes Friday 5 pm through Monday 8 am
    Unit census patients split between 3 psychiatrists
    Average - 2 admits and discharges per day
    Average length of stay - 6 days
    Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
    Assignment details and time entry in online portal
