Job summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist customers with questions and recommendations
  • Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
  • Maintain security of cash and protect company assets

  • Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards

  • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional friendly interactions with customers associates leaders

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning restocking bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out trash ensuring all areas neat presentable

    • Skills Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery drug store environments highly preferred Ability follow instructions interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30 50 lbs. floor above shoulder height meet demands frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting Excellent customer service relationship management skills strong organizational communication problem-solving decision-making skills Strong ,<strong>Perks Benefits:</strong>
