Summary: Seeking a Robot Engineer FANUC with strong programming skills and experience in robotic systems for development, support, and technical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong background in either Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka robots.
• Perform Advanced Programming on the two robot systems of strongest knowledge.
• Setup and provide training on Vision Systems.
• Setup various robot communication protocols such as DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet IP.
• Write Robot Software.
• Load Robot Programs and configure I/O.
• Perform Path Teaching.
• Provide Debug Support with Team.
• Assist in Installation Start-Up support and Production Support.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with robotics.
• Ability to read Electrical and Pneumatic Prints.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Robotic Path Teaching.
• Understanding of Cartesian coordinate system as it relates to a robot's EOAT & Frames/Work Objects, and the ability to teach such frames.
• Experience with Vision Systems is preferred.
• Basic/intermediate programming skills in other languages (i.e. Visual Basic, C or C++ language).
• Troubleshooting experience with PLC programs is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel (up to 75% at times).
• Associates or Bachelor of Science in related field (BSEE, BSEET, BS Industrial Automation, Computer Science, Mathematics, Mechatronics) or equivalent years of experience can be substituted for a degree.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
