This position includes responsibilities at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS) and RWJBarnabas Health System (RWJBH) as a Division Chief and System Director for Pediatric Surgery.
The candidate will be a board-certified pediatric general surgeon at the Associate or Professor level and expected to have responsibility and oversight for the operation and programmatic aspects of the division and to provide system-wide leadership to pediatric surgery.
The individual will actively participate in medical student, resident and fellow education through didactic lectures, research activities, evaluation of programs, interviews, small group sessions and/or clinical supervision.
In addition, the Division Chief/System Director will be expected to participate in all aspects of clinical care, including mentoring of junior faculty at all sites where care is administered.

MD required. Must have completed Residency Trainging Program and fellowship training. Candidate should be boarded by the American Board of Surgery.
