Perform somewhat diversified duties to support robot operator including but not limited to blowing off parts between dips making slurry batches keeping sand beds filled transferring parts for line to line setting up R1 and R3 with new parts assure proper installation adjustments of molds onto plates hangers checking viscosity of slurries pre dip doing sand bed checks responsible for maintenance cleanliness of slurry tanks sand beds floor hangers plates robots operational during breaks lunch period robot operators perform plating deplating autoclave operations required follow prescribed safety regulations maintain work area equipment clean orderly condition must know follow all departmental company safety rules.
