- The physician will provide sleep surgery and general ENT care
- Improve sleep surgery patient volume
- Expand our geographic footprint
- Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity
- IL Medical License - active and in good standing or pending
- IL DEA License
- Certification: BC/BE by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
- Experience: Fellowship trained in Sleep Medicine
