    • Review UKG job postings daily and ensure qualified applicants are contacted promptly
    • Screen applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements
    • Complete prescreening calls using structured questions designed to assess potential matches to job openings
    • Ensure applicants have a positive first impression of the St. Louis Arc with friendly, compassionate, enthusiastic communication (verbal and in writing)
    • Assist in onboarding new employees by distributing new hire request forms and making sure that hiring managers and departments are prepared to welcome new staff with needed resources
    • Enter information regarding pending new hires into Onboarding System (Workbright)
    • Prepare information cards and welcome gifts for New Employee Orientation
    • Conduct follow-up calls and surveys with new employees as part of the St. Louis Arc's retention program
    • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Team as needed
    • Demonstrate and support all St. Louis Arc Diversity and Inclusion practices/initiatives

    Work environment consists of a typical office setting using typical office equipment with standard business hours Monday through Friday.

    The flexible, respectful individual we see in this position is an innovative and quick thinker with these qualifications: Associate's degree in related field strongly preferred. One year of Human Resources experience preferred. One year of clerical/administrative office experience, utilizing multiple software systems.

Ability to learn, interpret and apply Human Resources policies, procedures, basic State and Federal Employment laws and regulatory guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff at all levels in the agency. Discretion and personal accountability.
