    Champion Plumbing of Edmond, OK is currently hiring for an energetic and ambitious full-time Customer Service Associate - CSR to assist clients and the customer service team with quality care. This customer relations position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM with some weekend work and earns a competitive performance-based pay starting at $30k, with advancement opportunities. We are local industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - CSR

    In this full-time customer relations position, you are the face of our company that ensures successful growth. Your customer service insight grants our brand to be known in the unique and loving way that we desire. With effective communication skills, you handle phone calls and interactions with potential or loyal clients. Organization and time management techniques provide a perfect schedule and great record keeping to address client needs or concerns. The outstanding service you bring to our customers is deeply valued and appreciated throughout the company.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related
    • Knowledge about lead generation

    Our ideal customer relations candidate is preferably fluent in English, and being bilingual is a plus Are you a self-motivator that strives for success independently? Can you also work collaboratively with our customer representative team? Are you a strong communicator, both verbal and written? Do you have excellent organizational and time management skills?
