- The Mortgage Servicing Specialist performs the following duties:
- Maintains mortgage information including payment postings, import and funding new loans and updating member information, processing payoffs, curtailments, monthly statements, adjustments, account research, etc.
- Answers members' questions regarding payoffs, escrows, change of owner, note modifications, discharges, beneficiaries, and other details of existing loans.
- Prepares routine letters to members. Processes monthly PMI billing to the provider. Performs other duties as assigned.
- One to three years of similar or related work experience. High school education or GED.
- Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.

- Enters and locates information on the computer.
- Presents information to individuals and/or small or large groups.
- Communicates effectively in person or by using electronic equipment and devices.
- Creates documents, reports, etc., using a computer, pen, pencil, or other means of recording information.
- Grasps and manipulates objects of different sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Visually locates and identifies information, often in small print.
- Reads information, often in small print.
- Sits at desk for extended periods.
- Repetitive motion with hands and arms while using the computer.
- Lifts to 25 lbs
