We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the Snap Lab team What you'll do:
Engineer component analysis, schematic design, circuit review, layout review, and general debuggingAnalyze circuit parasitics and tolerances to ensure correct operation over the specified voltage and temperature rangeReview layout for PCB, Flex, and Rigid Flex designsWork with senior engineers to debug hardware issues, including power quality, high-speed signal integrity, and low speed interface performanceTest and validate electrical designsDevelop electronic prototypes for new product conceptsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong electrical engineering fundamentalsExperience in electronic design, including component selection, schematic design, and familiarity with tools like Cadence Allegro and OrCAD CaptureKnowledge of design for low-noise linear and switching power supply circuitsFamiliarity with low power/battery operated designsGreat interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across groups

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineeringExperience developing consumer electronic devices"Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc.

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000 annually

Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $99,000-$148,000 annually

Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $88,000-$133,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
