    Join the OPEXUS Product Management team in helping to mature our product and release operations. In the role of

    Technical Project Manager , you will put your stakeholder management, organizational skills, communication, and SDLC knowledgeto work. You will lead programmatic strategic projects and influence how our products reach our customers.


    As acritical member of theproductmanagementteam, you will act as a technical reviewer of our DevOps tickets escalated to product and engineering and analyze DevOps and other product trends.

    Location:
    Washington, DC with hybrid schedule available


    General Roles & Responsibilities:
    Dive into product and engineering metrics through DevOps, Pendo, and other tools.
    Lead programmatic delivery of strategic goals around delivery containerization project.
    Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across our product portfolio
    Managerisksand work with stakeholders to resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
    Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and that they meet or exceed expectations.
    Communicate all key release plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
    Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Marketing.
    Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
    Produce Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans.
    Weekly Release Reporting and metrics on trends and release quality
    Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities.
    Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
    Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
    Maintain a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.


    Required Skills and Experience:
    3+ years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Experience project managing technical releases (or projects) required).
    Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle, IT.
    Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
    Demonstrated analytical skills.
    Advanced written and verbal communication skills a must.
    Problem solver, go to person driving clarity across the organization.
    Knowledge of DevOps, Aha, Pendo, and Asana all a plus.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degreein Businessand Engineeringdegreesarepreferred but not required.
    PMP or project related certification.
