Maintain existing CAD Drawings and SolidWorks designs and provide continuous improvements
Work with Manufacturing Staffs to document/identify mechanical issues on existing product
Work with Engineering Support Staffs to release the changes to Manufacturing Staffs and provide trainings/guidance of the changes so issues can be resolved
Work with Vendors to approve mechanical parts matching drawing specification
Develop CAD drawings for cable harnesses and PCBs/PCAs
Work with Engineering Support Staff to create bill of material list for various mechanical parts and/or subassemblies
Develop/Model mechanical systems using SolidWorks
Build mechanical prototypes so that prototype system can be developed faster
Work with various machine shop equipment including mill, lathe, break press, belt sander, drill press, band saw, CNC machine, and 3D printer
Design overlay graphics following standard company design guidelines using Illustrator Software
Work with overlay printing machine and cutter to verify overlay designs fit properly on products
Work with Product Managers to translate ideas to drawings/designs
Communicate well with other engineers and managers
Work with multiple projects in parallel

Qualifications/Requirements
1 5 years of experience working with SolidWorks
1 5 years of experience working with Illustrator Software
1 5 years of experience working with AutoCAD Software or similar
Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Proven track record of accomplishing projects within scheduled times
Onsite Position No Remote

Preferred qualifications
Have experience with SAP for Bill of Materials
3+ years of experience using SolidWorks, CAD, and/or Illustrator software
Experience working with 3DExperience or other Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management systems
Experience working with various machine shop equipment listed above
Experience working with 3D printing machine
