    Our retail client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team.

    Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

    Pay Rate: $ $57.00/hr on W2

    Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

    W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

    Responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst:

    • Gather information to better understand their business processes and needs
    • Gather and document business and functional requirements
    • Translate to the technical team for delivery of technology solutions
    • Assist in testing deliverables and facilitate the User Acceptance Testing with business partners
    • Participate in key agile routines to increase efficiencies and processes
    • Provide Level 2 support for all technology solutions in the assigned application portfolio
    • Understand and analyze data sources and provide data mappings for ETL processes

    Requirements of the IT Business Analyst:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience with IT solution implementations
    • Experience working with SQL
    • Experience with functional designs, process flows, and designing solution options to solve business problems
    • Effective communicator, willing to constructively challenge and actively listen
    • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Self-directed, proactive, and able to prioritize/execute work independently
