    Position Summary

    Our Branch Managers have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs and delivering excellent customer service.


    The person in this position is the face of First Bank Texas and uses their creativity, curiosity, and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations.

    You will provide expert financial advice and great service, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and

    expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.

    Strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to identify solutions for customers.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    Oversees retail growth, services, and day to day operations of branch location
    Responsible for developing and retaining a high performing team by setting goals, coaching, and strong communication
    Participate and maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations while developing business and community relationships
    Fully committed to the success of the branch and its employees
    Have a clear understanding of all products, services and banking policies
    Ensure superior customer service by solving complex customer service issues

    Desired Qualifications

    At least three (3) years experience as a bank branch manager
    Experience with needs-based selling
    Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
    Strong attention to detail
    Passion for providing outstanding customer service to all clients
