- Salary range of $37 to $40 per week, paid weekly

- Oversee all aspects of home health services provided by Preferred Care at Home, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations
- Provide training, guidance and support to Franchisees
- Develop and implement plans for the delivery of highquality care to our clients
- Conduct regular staff meetings, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing training and education to franchisees
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in home health care, with at least 12 years in a management/supervisory role
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to home health care services
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle complex situations with professionalism and integrity
- Proficient in using technology and electronic medical records systems
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
