This position will focus on working with utility providers to specifically request waivers and credits of late fees processed on utility invoices.
Responsibilities
- Utility Provider Negotiations: Engage with utility providers to negotiate the waiver or reduction of late fees identified as either Conservice or Provider-caused
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between Conservice and utility providers regarding waivers of late fees, ensuring clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.
