    Yesway, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, was ranked #2 in year-over year relative store growth on the Convenience Store News "2020 Top Growth Chains" list, as well as being named 2022 convenience store of the year.

    Yesway's fast growing portfolio currently consists of over 400 stores located in Iowa, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming, including most recently, the 300+ Allsup's Convenience Store chains.

    Yesway plans to grow its portfolio to over six hundred convenience stores in selected regions of the United States over the next several years.

    Position Responsibilities:
    Analyze sales results, trends, and financials to organize and put plans in place to maximize sales.
    Execute company sales programs.
    Ensures adequate store stock levels and maintains a good merchandise presentation to maximize sales results.
    Recruit, train, develop and lead a successful Store Management team.
    Control key expense lines such as payroll, shrink, cash, supplies, bad merchandise, etc.
    Maintain a high level of customer service through daily interactions with associates, vendors, and customers.

    Qualifications:
    Two to five years multi-unit experience in a convenience environment preferred.
    Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
    Ability to travel as required and work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
    Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

    Preferred Skills and Competencies:
    Delivers results through teamwork, best practices, always putting customers at the center.
    Highly analytical with strong business and financial acuity.
