    A day in the life:
    Manage and deliver the reliable performance of ERP system by supporting configurations, functionalities, enhancements, and issue resolution.
    Manage functional and end user support for an enterprise content management solution and develop/maintain automated workflow configurations
    Maintain internal control standards while ensuring the integrity and security of access to information and governance of data
    Ensures documentation (training guides, procedures, and systems manuals) are maintained and regularly updated for system users
    Oversee the change management process and lead implementations of upgrades or new applications with user base to ensure organizational understanding and acceptance of change and standardization
    Oversee and execute on on-going maintenance and improvement projects
    Effectively communicates with project sponsors and stakeholders

    You should have:
    Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, accounting, finance with a minimum 5-7 years of experience or a minimum of 7-9 years of equivalent education and experience
    Extensive knowledge with financial systems and relational database reporting (Oracle SQL a plus)
    Excellent project management skills, including project planning and tracking principles; project risk and issue identification, assessment, tracking and mitigation
    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
