**Description**
El Paso Physical Therapy Services has a **full****-time** opening at our Horizon Valley clinic. The hours for this position will be **Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.**
This individual must be motivated and a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. Our practice is passionate about patient care, and we are looking for someone who is detailed, organized & reliable with previous front office experience. ***Spanish speaking is required.***

**Pay Rate:** $10.00
**A summary of job responsibilities:**
Front desk scheduling and coordinating
Collection of co-payments/deductibles within the clinic
Data entry
Patient interaction via phone and face to face
Customer service
Coordinating with various staff within EPPS to ensure patient/customer requests are handled appropriately and timely.
Knowledge of computer programs, insurance verification, basic knowledge of medical coding and third-party operating procedures and practices, and previous administrative experience are preferred. This is not your typical receptionist position - we are looking for someone who is able to provide customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
