    Cult Gaia is women's lifestyle fashion brand, based in Los Angeles.

    We are growing quickly across all digital channels - and we are looking for a Social Media/Marketing Manager to own and drive that momentum.

    This individual will be responsible for the brand's social media channels, with the objective of increasing online engagement and brand awareness.

    The Manager will also work closely with the CEO, public relations agency and the creative team to develop social strategies to support omni-channel messaging.

    This position reports into the CEO/Creative Director.

    Key Responsibilities
    Create social media strategies with clear, measurable objectives

    Develop visual content strategy with Content Manager across channels and spearhead content creation by partnering with Creative team and utilizing external partners.

    Oversee the creation of inventive and engaging brand-appropriate social content and calendars
    Manage all social platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Pinterest, Google +, YouTube, Vimeo and Tik Tok
    Initiate and concept innovative social content campaigns to drive brand awareness, PR coverage and social engagement
    Determine appropriate 3rd party vendors, and negotiate vendor terms
    Direct copy strategy to convey a cohesive voice across all channels
    Identify new opportunities for engagement with like-minded properties and companies in social networking spaces
    Setup, test, and launch digital marketing campaigns.
    Lead in developing, executing, and optimizing paid and organic search strategy.
    Lead with the design and execution of affiliate, display, and retargeting strategies.
    Develop relationships and work closely with bloggers and influencers for product placement and affiliate marketing.
    Manage overall marketing budgets to drive increased efficiency.
    Manage all web and product copyrighting
    Own the weekly analysis/communication of KPIs including ROI, CTR, conversion, traffic, bounce rate, etc
    Keep current with digital marketing industry trends and best practices

    Qualifications
    B.A. degree in communication, marketing or related field
    Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media and marketing programs
    Experience managing a budget for buying digital advertising and content creation
    Strong visual aesthetic, with an ability to apply the brand's filter
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    At least 2 years of experience managing a team
    Entrepreneurial work ethic with flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons
