    **Development Team Leader**

    Full Stack Dev Team Leader needed at Anthroware.

    We are hiring for our headquarters in Asheville, NC or Remote.

    Anthroware is a custom digital product shop with mastery in design, engineering, and product strategy. We operate as an agile team and are obsessed with bringing premium service and value to our customers. Our standards at the intersection of design and killer engineering are really high.     You will pull double duty - With the dev team (full time employees and contractors) to lead, manage, and guide the team by example, give the dev team a voice, and work with the team to create and maintain SOPs and standards - and with the business and design teams to flesh out requirements, provide accurate estimates, and deliver on those estimates and timelines. You will design and implement service-based software solution(s) that are built to last in a secure, highly scalable way. Experience with HIPAA security requirements is a must.

    **Responsibilities**

    Provide guidance, leadership, and management to developers on the team

    Take ownership of mobile and web deliveries, PRs, processes, and standards

    Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, testable, and reliable code and systems

    Write performant, high-quality, and responsive applications

    Provided needed leadership in DevOps, system architecture

    Work with Project Management to ensure clients' needs are accurately represented and delivered

    Work with Senior leadership to ensure the dev team's needs and concerns are represented well and company direction incorporates their input

    Great understanding of leading edge technologies in Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science.

    **Requirements**

    Mastery over one or two frameworks

    Broad knowledge of a variety of current languages and technologies (REST and Graph APIs, React, Vue, Flutter, etc)

    Strong experience with DevOps with AWS, Heroku, DO, and others.

    Able to teach, mentor, and guide team members, face clients to gain understanding of requirements and needs

    Familiar with Design Thinking and UX-first principles

    Understanding of data and creating schemas that support business processes

    Experience with automated testing and unit tests

    Experience with high security requirements such as HIPAA, SOC-2, etc.

    Familiarity with mobile development technologies and paradigms

    **The technologies we use:**

    Flutter, React Native

    Microsoft .NET MVC, Graph API

    MSSQL/GraphQL

    **Project and time management:** Everybody at Anthroware works to ensure that a project will be completed on time meet the stated client goals. They will be very clear in setting expectations with the project stakeholders to explain what will be delivered and when it will be delivered. They will ensure that project team members understand the project requirements and timeframes and provide the leadership necessary for their team to succeed. We are all responsible for the success of the projects. Tactfully, we affect delivery outcomes by being personally accountable for our commitments.

    **Will help drive the companys technology roadmap:**

    Technology changes rapidly. Solutions that we use today may not be the solutions we need tomorrow. It is important that the right solutions are used for each project in order to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Many considerations must be taken into account in order to ensure this including what technologies are maintainable, what resources to we have that can support these solutions and how does this solution serve our clients.These decisions cannot be selected on the fly and we must stay on top of emerging technologies and be prepared to use them when the time comes.
