- Conduct daily shift meetings in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Monitor team members for quality service and professionalism.
- Ensure all team member sections are properly covered.
- Promote exemplary food service to Yaamava' guests.
- Provide thorough training on departmental policies and procedures.
- Clean, organize, and prepare workspace and adjacent areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Food Server.
- Demonstrative leadership skills.
- Gaming license may be required.
- Must obtain and maintain a current Food Handlers Card.
- T.I.P.S Certification required.
