Pay rate: $20/hr * Job Location: Concord , MA **PurposeTo ensure timely processing of all insurance company website account administration requests, including new account registrations, password resets and troubleshooting for all new and existing clients.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegister accounts within websites for new and existing clientsMaintain new and existing book of business including usernames and passwords for all insurance companiesAdhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
ExperienceComputer SkillsPrior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.

One to two years related experience with prior experience of EDI operations preferredPrior password management experience preferredSpecific Job Knowledge, Skill and AbilityPossess excellent customer service skillsAbility to add, to subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureAbility to adjust to new processes and suggest improvements as you discover the needAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close visionAbility to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or armsPlease use the apply button to submit your resume for consideration.
