- Evaluate product performance using visual and tactile grading approaches.
- Partner with cross functional team members to drive consistency in product evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for panelist questions/concerns
- Instruct subjects in product application as necessary to drive robustness in evaluations
- Ensure subjects are advised of and comply with study procedures
- Prepare study documents
- Execute product performance studies leveraging software package for panelist management
- Recruiting and scheduling panelists
- Monitoring study progress
- Drafting questionnaires
- Analyzing data and reporting results
- Maintain & grow panelists database
- Create and maintain study records including all relevant documents (e.g., test request forms, subjects screeners, etc.
- Support team with study scheduling
- Master's degree or BS in physical science or engineering.
- Experience in clinical and consumer testing and claims support desired.
- Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to use the commercial software for basic statistical analysis.
- Ability to ensure the safety, security and quality of the testing operations.
- Ability to work on multiple projects across different product categories
- Ability to work independently and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to think critically and proactively, offer innovative and creative solutions to improve methods, approaches and/or capabilities is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
