We are currently hiring a remote, part-time Client Scheduling and Support Specialist to join our Merritt Island team. This role is for Brevard County residents only.WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER JOINING US?

THE GREAT PAY
This remote role offers the opportunity to work remotely, provided you reside in Brevard County, and comes with competitive pay of $ $16.00 per hour.

This is a part-time, remote position with shifts that vary but will always be within business hours. We're looking for someone with open availability for both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
As a Client Scheduling and Support Specialist, you will spend your day coordinating schedules to make sure pet care services are properly arranged for both clients and our team.
Your role will require frequent communication by phone, text, and email, and you will rely on Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?1+ year(s) of experience in scheduling and client support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
CRM knowledge
Ability to manage phone systems and text support
Access to high-speed internet
Personal cell phone for work use
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Not currently in a management role, or seeking a management or supervisory position
Must be a Brevard County resident
