We are currently accepting applications for an: Appraisal Specialist,Presque Isle

Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and completing residential and commercial evaluations andappraisals
Maintain appraisal and evaluation database
Work with department manager to assess environmental risk

Qualifications include:
1-3 years appraisal review or other similar experience preferred butwilling to train
Understanding of accounting concepts and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonalskills
A clean criminal background history and satisfactory to Bankstandards credit report are required
