    About this Opportunity

    The Lead DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for analysis of business and technical requirements through the application of software implementation lifecycle tasks.

    Design, document, test and support our complex software applications.

    What You'll Do


    Work closely with DTCC's Development and Infrastructure teams to define, program, test and deliver business application software and middleware software solutions.

    Design, code, test and support existing and proposed software applications for rapid adoption of cloud computing platforms.
    Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to implement technical designs and solutions.

    Utilize IT specialty knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure, application development platforms, tools and techniques to develop new and innovative ideas, designs and presentations to help general the adoption of software cloud infrastructure.

    Ensure technology-specific best practices and standards are adhered to.
    Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

    Minimum of 6 years of related experience
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


    Applicable experience includes:
    Application life cycle management which includes compilation, packaging, and release management from one environment to other environments and deploying to servers leveraging tools like Git, Maven, Nexus, BitBucket, and other CICD tools
    Working with best practices of Software Configuration Management in Agile methodologies
    Using Linux, Database and Application server's administration in a global production environment
    Working with various cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
    Using Jenkins CI/CD tool for End-to-End application build and deploy automation
    Building software application leveraging one or more of the following programming languages/tools: Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Maven
    Using one or more of the following UI and web technologies: Angular4.0+, JQuery, Spring, , Bootstrap, REST, HTML, XML, JSON, or CSS
    Trouble-shooting problems generated while building, deploying and in production support.
