    Position Summary

    Our client, a global technology company, serving an array of governments and industries is hiring for a President to lead the organization's growth and expansion. The organization is anticipating rapid growth through new customers, new products, new markets and, potentially, strategic acquisitions. The company currently does business in more than 25 countries.

    The President will lead a team of nearly 50, with oversight of operations, finance, human resources and sales departments and a strong focus on providing strategic direction and leadership to the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a strategic plan to promulgate and support growth.
    • Communicate strategy, business goals and accountabilities to the organization.
    • Responsible for ensuring company meets growth, revenue, and EBITDA targets along with overall financial performance metrics.
    • Identify growth, partnership, and acquisition opportunities, vetting for viability and impact to the company.
    • Build out the sales organization by identifying and building strong relationships with key contacts such as customers, prospects, and strategic partners to support growth.
    • Lead company's operations in conjunction with Chairman/CEO & to ensure alignment with strategic growth, efficiencies and accountabilities.
    • Overall responsibility for product quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring integrity of solutions.
    • Assess risk to current company operations and future growth through analysis of financial performance, market conditions etc.
    • Grow the enterprise value of the company with an eye towards building future market value.

    Requirements:

    • 10-15 years of experience leading a small to mid-size global technology.
    • MBA preferred or Bachelor's Degree with 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
    • Demonstrated success growing market share and revenue through leading a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Experience setting and communicating company mission and vision to inspire action and achievement of strategic goals.
    • Experience managing sales, engineering and finance teams required.
    • Demonstrated success implementing a strategic growth plan, annual operating plan, and annual budgets to drive company's financial performance.
    • Demonstrated P&L achievement.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills with a focus on with the ability to gain buy-in and lead a team towards achieving strategic goals.
    • Experience in the technology industry along with passion for technology and innovation required.
    • International business experience preferred.

    Travel Requirements:


    • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.


    • Ability for foreign travel up to 10% of the time (United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia).

    Salary range: $200-250K plus performance based compensation.
