- Develop and implement a strategic plan to promulgate and support growth.

- Experience setting and communicating company mission and vision to inspire action and achievement of strategic goals.
- Experience managing sales, engineering and finance teams required.
- Demonstrated success implementing a strategic growth plan, annual operating plan, and annual budgets to drive company's financial performance.
- Demonstrated P&L achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills with a focus on with the ability to gain buy-in and lead a team towards achieving strategic goals.
- Experience in the technology industry along with passion for technology and innovation required.
- International business experience preferred.

Our client, a global technology company, serving an array of governments and industries is hiring for a President to lead the organization's growth and expansion. The organization is anticipating rapid growth through new customers, new products, new markets and, potentially, strategic acquisitions. The company currently does business in more than 25 countries.
The President will lead a team of nearly 50, with oversight of operations, finance, human resources and sales departments and a strong focus on providing strategic direction and leadership to the organization.
