- State-registered Dental Hygienist
- 1+ years of experience in a dental office
- Experience with electronic dental record
- Assisting with oral health management of all patients
- Verifying the identity of patients before administering treatment
- Obtaining oral health assessments of each patient
- Reviewing the medical history and other pertinent oral health information
- Providing oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis scaling, sealant application, and fluoride application
- Providing dental assistance as directed by the dentist.
- Providing oral health education and individual counseling to each patient
- Documenting provided dental services on the patient's chart.
