    his role will report to

    the

    VP of Marketing with close partnership with the Field Marketing Lead.


    This role is responsible for planning and executing local marketing efforts across the assigned region and building practice relationships with referring doctors and their office staff to generate increased patient referrals.

    Responsible for building brand awareness in the local community through booking and managing events, the role will work closely with the myOrthos home office (Corporate) marketing team and area operations managers to roll out local initiatives and serve as liaisons between the local offices and home office.

    Role & Responsibility
    Referral Marketing
    Support the office in maintaining and growing relationships with existing referral sources.
    Identify new referral sources and build relationships.
    Execute on regular and consistent outreach, ensuring each office is participating in quarterly referral outreach.
    Measure impact of referral outreach through C9 reporting.
    Community Marketing & Events
    Partner with the office to identify community partners.

    Support the office in growing community awareness through events, ensure the office is participating in a few community events throughout the year.

    Direct to Patient Marketing
    Partner with HQ in developing direct to patient marketing, based on the learnings and needs from your offices.
    Assist in developing ad hoc marketing materials as needed, using guidance and branding from home office.
    Collect photos and information from your offices to use in marketing pieces.
    Budgeting & Reporting
    Partner with HQ and the area manager to create and deliver quarterly marketing reports to the offices
    Manage the community and referral marketing budget for your region.
    Maintain a regional marketing calendar
    Track results – what's working and what's not? Share back to home office.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Experience & Expectations
    Prior experience in field marketing, specifically in Orthodontics or Dental, preferred
    Role is

    hybrid: 50% remote
