    • Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
    • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
    • Adapt to changing situations and environments quickly and efficiently
    • Collaborate with other security personnel and local law enforcement as needed
    • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities
