As a member of our Spa Concierge Team, you'll be trained in "The Woodhouse Way"-our signature approach to delivering hospitality with heart. You'll also gain the tools, knowledge, and intention to craft unforgettable guest experiences with every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- Be the smiling face and warm voice that welcomes every guest and sets the tone for their visit
- Help guests feel at home by educating them about our services, amenities, and offerings
- Support behind-the-scenes magic-making sure everything is clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Create excitement and delight with your attention to detail and thoughtful service
