The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU transitional care unit residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for beautiful and vibrant skilled nursing care center in Lake City, MN.

    Casual/on-call
    Day, evening, overnight shift
    Must pick up three shifts a month; one being a weekend shift
    8 or 12 hour shifts

    Lake City Care Center is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer. At any given time, as many as 90 people call the care center their home.

    The care center is in Lake City MN and connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital, so residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

    Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
    Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
    Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
    RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
    Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
    AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
    Basic computer skills
