Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Pricing Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing competitive pricing data to provide actionable insights that support our pricing strategies.

You will work closely with internal teams such as IT to ensure confidence in the data collected along with setting scraping cadence and validation requirements.

This role will be pretty hands-on and will stay current with market trends by product segment to inform pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of pricing scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Research: Manage the collection and analysis of competitor pricing data, market trends, and customer behavior.
Pricing Strategy and Optimization: Manage the creation of data-driven pricing strategies that align with the company's revenue and profit goals, taking into account market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor pricing.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets, including sales, customer, and market data, to uncover insights and trends that can inform pricing decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and market positioning.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, pricing science, revenue management, or a similar analytical role.
