    Amotec is currently searching for a Quality Engineer .

    Our client, located roughly 20 minutes south of the Reading, PA area, is a global leader in the aerospace, defense and industrial industries.

    As a Quality Engineer , you will be responsible for working with manufacturing, quality and purchasing personnel as well as external suppliers and customers to control and improve product qualityResponsibilities:

    Create quality plans for product qualification as well as validate production processesReview and implement specifications as directed by customersHandle internal and external customer requests for corrective actionAuthorize product/process changes via Engineering Change RequestsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred2+ years of experience in Quality EngineeringPrevious experience in metals manufacturing is a plusFamiliar with ISO 9001 Quality standardMust be U.S.
