    Description

    Senior Demand Planning Analyst

    We seek a senior analytical professional skilled in building relationships and driving forecast accuracy through collaboration with sales marketing and revenue management teams to create a demand forecast for assigned channels customers and products. The individual will gather key input from cross functional partners challenging assumptions to drive improved forecast accuracy This role leads meetings with BDMs and conducts Channel Reviews in preparation for the Demand Commercial Meetings.

    Forecasting & Analytics

    • The monthly Demand Planning Process is led using statistical modeling shipment history POS drivers competitive information.
    • A consensus-driven forecasting process is managed by aligning stakeholders taking ownership of the demand plan for that channel leveraging strong relationships to challenge assumptions Analyzing improving forecasts drives corrective action plans reporting methods tracking.
