- Successful completion of Bachelor of Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA

Perioperative/Theatre Services are responsible for the provision of both elective and emergency surgical procedures, including multi-day stay and day procedures, and incorporates adult and paediatric case mix. Footscray Hospital has 6 operating theatres and supports a wide variety of surgeries including; Orthopaedics, ENT, Plastics, Thoracic, Neurosurgery, Endoscopy, Maxillofacial, Vascular, Urology and General Surgery.
The perioperative services at Footscray are seeking experienced and passionate Perioperative Registered Nurses with experience in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetic & PACU.
Perioperative Nurses need to have a minimum of 2 years perioperative nursing experience, with recent work in the perioperative setting. We are looking for experienced nurses in one or more of the following sub specialties of: Scrub/scout, anaesthetics and PACU.
Requests for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time and Casual will be considered.
