    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a TikTok-centric strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty on the platform.
    Create, curate, and manage TikTok content (videos, live streams, shopping features) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
    Monitor, listen to, and engage with TikTok users, fostering community growth and cultivating positive brand sentiment.
    Build and maintain relationships with TikTok community members, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach and advocacy.

    Collaborate with sales and product teams to coordinate and promote events and product launches specifically through TikTok, making the most of TikTok affiliate, live stream, and shop features.

    Use TikTok community feedback and insights to inform and enhance product and content strategies.
    Track, analyze, and report on TikTok metrics to evaluate success, gain insights, and adjust strategies. Regularly present insights on TikTok ROI and key performance indicators to stakeholders.


    Requirements:
    2+ Years TikTok Social Media experience building strategy, creating content, and engaging & growing the community.
    TikTok Live & TikTok Shop experience a plus
    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
