The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a program of activity/leisure pursuits designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs and interests of residents in accordance with the comprehensive resident care plan.

Completion of a state approved Life Enrichment Director training course.

Bachelors degree in recreation therapy or related area. Two years of experience conducting social/recreational programs within the past five years, one of which was full-time in a resident activities program in a health care setting.

Wages are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, an applicants education, previous experience, and shift accepted.
