    The available opportunity is a critical and comprehensive SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning) role within Operations FP&A, supporting the VP of Global SIOP.

    It requires a self-directed leader for achieving and exceeding financial performance, business growth, and meeting financial controls compliance objectives. The position has full financial leadership accountability for Carrier Global Operations.
    Partner with the VP of SIOP to develop new cycles to more accurately predict sales demand and inventory levels, leveraging the existing stack of tools/technology
    Partner closely with SIOP and Controllership to drive down inventory and excess/obsolete
    Develop recurring reporting that is easily consumable by executive leadership, drives actions, and allows for more-informed decision making
    Develop and measure key metrics, directly linking all of the operational projects/efforts to the P&L/Balance sheet, and drives accountability
    Provide analysis, critique, and explanation of monthly operating results and quarterly results vs prior year, plan, and the latest forecasts
    Create new cadences/reviews that sync the SIOP processes with the various planning, forecasting, and long-range planning at Carrier
    Partner with the Operations Finance leads across the globe to ensure their forecasts are calibrated and reflect the latest view from SIOP
    Work closely with business and finance leaders to develop annual and five-year plans that are calibrated with the longer-term views from SIOP and reflect all long-term business financial objectives

    BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 10+ years demonstrated Finance/Accounting experience OR MA/MS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 8+ years demonstrated Finance/Accounting experience

    An MBA is desirable
    Proven ability to drive change management in a large enterprise
    Previous experience working within Operations in a large, global enterprise
