    Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We currently have an opening for a Radiology Technologist (Part-Time, M-F-32 hours weekly) to join our team.

    Radiology technologists are medical personnel who perform diagnostic imaging examinations for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This may include fractures, diseases, and abnormalities of patient anatomy.

    Responsible for accurately positioning patients and ensuring that a quality radiographic image is produced.
    Works closely with radiologists and physicians who interpret images to either diagnose or rule out disease or injury.
    Responsible for communication and documentation of patient images.
    Maintain communication with patients, parents, and medical personnel.
    Maintains on-going plan for personal growth and self-development.
    Demonstrates professional role requirements related to communication with peers and supervisor and flexibility during unexpected work related events.

    Qualifications:

    Certification and Experience

    Radiologic License in OR Required

    2 Years Pediatric Orthopedics Preferred

    American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Required

    Other

    COVID-19 Vaccination required.
