    Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor at Hillsborough YMCA



    Want to make a difference in your community while leading fitness classes? Hillsborough YMCA is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Group Exercise Instructors. You'll have the opportunity to teach a variety of classes such as Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, and HIIT, helping our members achieve a healthy mind and body.


    About Greater Somerset County YMCA: Greater Somerset County YMCA is a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We provide access to resources and opportunities that promote growth and well-being for all.


    Essential Functions:

    • Lead engaging fitness classes
    • Build relationships with members and staff
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Create a welcoming environment for all participants
    • Maintain fitness room quality

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Hold a group exercise certification
    • Prior experience is a plus
    • Excellent communication and punctuality
